A focused check for your heart.

To ensure excellent check-up quality, we will use high-end diagnostic equipment rather than conventional camp-level equipment. Each participant will receive the following services completely free of charge:

12-Lead ECG

Performed using the US FDA-approved GE MAC 5 A4 system, featuring the globally recognized Marquette™ ECG Analysis Algorithm for accurate diagnosis and rhythm analysis.

Blood Pressure & BMI

Blood pressure check and Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation.

Heart-risk review

A focused review of symptoms and common cardiovascular risk factors.

Doctor guidance

Direct medical guidance based on the screening results, helping participants determine the appropriate next steps for their heart health.

In 2026, we will continue the momentum of ‘Don't Miss a Beat’, raising awareness of the world's number one killer and highlighting the importance of recognising the signs and symptoms of cardiovascular disease (CVD).

Adults with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or excess weight
People with a family history of heart disease or stroke
Anyone experiencing recurring palpitations, unusual breathlessness or reduced exercise tolerance
Adults who smoke, have a sedentary lifestyle or have not had a recent health review

Previous reportsCarry earlier ECGs, blood tests or heart-related reports if available.

Comfortable clothingWear clothing that allows easy access to the chest, arms and ankles for an ECG.
